Tarn Green Yoga

I live in the South East Lake District, between Grange-Over-Sands and Kendal, and as well as offering classes on zoom, I offer studio sessions in The Studio above Westmorland Crossfit, and at The Fellside Centre in Kendal, and at The Farmhouse, High Tarn Green. There are occasional summer retreats in our own barn in the secluded Winster valley (please do contact me if you are interested in hosting a retreat with us) and sometime in the lovely Hare Hill Barn. I host or can come to you for group gatherings and hen parties. I also offer one-to-one classes, adapted to you with lots more time to ask questions, gain confidence and work on specific issues and interests.
