A day of yoga to stretch, warm, rest and revitalise in the beautiful surroundings of Hare Hill Barn.
A morning of flowing yoga, and a restorative yoga afternoon by the wood-burning stove. The perfect way to linger in the late summer as the season turns.
We’ll begin the morning with a welcoming warming drink in the studio at 9.45am. We’ll follow with breathwork, and a flowing yoga session of about an hour and a half to stretch and inspire, linking movement and breath to bring clarity, ease, flexibility and calm. Suitable for all levels.
We'll be together to share a delicious vegetarian lunch looking out over the wonderful Winster Valley.
Then a gentle flow and restore class for deep relaxation. As autumn draws in we move towards warm, deep, rest, you’ll find help to tame tension and relieve stress.
There will be lots of time to breathe, chat, ask questions, eat cake, pause for a herbal tea, take in the views and find some inner space.

Numbers restricted to ten in the spacious barn
The morning will be focusing on stretching and heart-opening to find our inner glow, sustaining us for the darker days ahead.
In the afternoon we’ll look at shedding stress, warming up and embracing calm.
£85 for the day including lunch, drinks and snacks. (Please let me know if you are vegan or Coeliac)
All levels of experience welcome, and there will always be options for those practicing during pregnancy (do let me know).
Overnight accommodation, dinner, bed and breakfast, can be provided at my farmhouse for those coming from further away £55/night, contact me for details.
